Extra Virgin Olive Oil you can trust
Since 1975, in the hills of Santarcangelo di Romagna, with our oil mill designed after years of research and passion and our 11-hectare olive grove, we have been producing "cold pressed" Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP "Colline di Romagna" and other fine selections. You will surely find the oil that will satisfy your taste; from the intense perfumes and flavours of the oil produced with the first harvests in mid-October, to the more delicate and sweet oil produced with the November harvests.
Each drop tells a story of passion and love for its territory in perfect harmony with the principles of an environmentally friendly circular economy. Our extra virgin oils are highly appreciated by children, simply on bread. You can taste the oil at the mill. For over 30 years, Paganelli has been welcoming families, schools and groups of tourists for a guided tour of the company, perhaps with a short walk through the olive groves. Each visitor is always offered the possibility of a quick tasting; a much appreciated taste-olfactory experience through the tasting of the highly prized blends of extra virgin olive oils and the various aromatised condiments that are a feather in the Paganelli oil mill's cap, produced with a special and unique technique for over 40 years.
Learn more about the production process of our oil
Our family has always been in search of quality, while respecting the environment. The new two-stage decanter separates the oil directly from the ground olive pulp, without using mains water, only the vegetation water naturally present in the olive, which is rich in antioxidants. Once the oil has been extracted the olive pulp (pomace) and the vegetation water together are destined for BIOGAS production plants.
Today, the old storage tanks for olive water and mains water (no longer used), are used to recirculate rainwater from the mill's roof, terraces and forecourt. The rainwater is then used for the very important emergency irrigation of our olive groves, which is indispensable if we want to obtain the highest quality oil.
