Normally produced from olives harvested at the end of October of different varieties. With balanced and complex aromatic notes suitable for all palates.
It can easily be combined with all typical Italian dishes. In particular, it is exalted on cooked vegetables and pulses, soups and velvety soups, sauces with the presence of tomato, fried shrimps, fish, white meat, steamed vegetables, asparagus, carpaccio, pesto.
