Description
Spicy. We produce it by grinding fresh red chilli pepper at the same time as selected olives. Like all our other flavoured seasonings, it is extracted, using our two-stage decanter, directly from the ground olive and chilli paste, and comes out with the typical red colouring. It stands out not only for its characteristic spicy note, but above all for its fresh pepper flavour, very pleasant and persistent over time.
