"Colline di Romagna' is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of great value, produced with olives mainly of the Correggiolo variety harvested from around mid-October to mid-November. Appreciated for its renowned organoleptic characteristics that have earned it the 'Protected Designation of Origin'. With its pleasant taste and typical aromatic notes, it owes its distinctive qualities to natural factors, such as the podological characteristics of the soil and the particular microclimatic conditions of the hills in the provinces of Rimini and Forlì-Cesena.
We recommend its use in rich salads, raw on chickpea and bean soups, fish, vegetables, pasta, bruschetta, and to sauté white meats.
